Please make certain to fill out your order form completely.  Then save it to your computer and attach it to an email sent to heather@bows4sale.com.  

Be sure to include the type of clip you would like on your Princess' bow, as well as the color choices you have selected.  If choosing more than one color and you would like  one to take prominence, please indicate this in the colors/details section of the form.  If you would like a color to make up a certain part of the bow (ex. center knot, spikes, large loops, small loops, etc.), please indicate this as well.

If this is a custom order, please contact me via email BEFORE ordering and be sure to submit photos of any clothing the bow will be made to match.

Once your order is received via email, you will receive a confirmation from me, which will include an address to which you should send your check.  If you select the PAYPAL option on your order form, you will also receive a paypal invoice.  Your order will be completed as soon as your payment in received.
